Shipping and Orders
We typically ship in-stock components within two business days. Kits and larger orders may require up to two weeks to prepare, especially when presoldering is requested. Shipping transit time begins after your order leaves our workshop.

No. Expedited shipping only reduces the carrier’s transit time after your order ships. It does not shorten the time needed to prepare, assemble, or presolder your order.
If you have a deadline and need expedited order processing, please email builder@turnabot.com before placing your order. Let us know what you need and when you need it, and we’ll let you know whether we can accommodate your timeline.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is fulfilled.
For domestic shipping, sometimes we find that USPS can get behind on their tracking info by 24-48 hours. If this doesn't resolve itself within 48 hours, reach out to us through builder@turnabot.com.

The difference is how much assembly you want to do:
Standard Kit: You build and solder the bot yourself. It includes the parts, hardware, tools, and instructions you’ll need, but you must provide a soldering iron and wire stripper.
Pre-Soldered Kit: We assemble and test the wiring harness for you. You install the electronics and assemble the bot—no soldering required.
Fully Built Bot: We assemble and test the entire bot. Choose Bind ’n’ Battle if you already have a compatible radio, or unBox ’n’ Battle to receive the bot, radio, and charger together—ready to battle.
All kits can also be ordered with a radio and charger.
We often reserve radios for complete kits, so radios may remain available as a kit option even when unavailable as a standalone products. Check the options on the kit listing or contact us to confirm availability.

How can I customize the Tinkercad models?
Our YouTube channel includes tutorials showing how to copy, modify, and personalize our Tinkercad designs. They’re a great starting point for creating your own chassis, armor, and attachments.
Warranty support normally begins with the seller from whom the product was purchased. Contact that seller and provide your proof of purchase and installation documentation.
Before connecting a battery:
Confirm the recommended battery voltage.
Check battery polarity carefully.
Inspect for solder bridges and loose strands of wire.
Confirm that every component is connected to the correct terminal.
Secure wiring away from moving parts.
Avoid prolonged motor stalls.
Test the system briefly before completing the final assembly.
When in doubt, send us photographs of your wiring before applying power.
Product Support, Troubleshooting and Warranty
Leave the board installed and email builder@turnabot.com before desoldering anything.
Include your order number, a description of what happened, and clear photos of both sides of the board, and photos of the complete wiring harness from multiple angles. Our team will review the information and recommend troubleshooting steps or explain the warranty process.
No. Please photograph the original installation before removing or desoldering the Malenki. Desoldering it before documenting the installation may make it impossible to determine the cause of the problem and may affect warranty eligibility.
Please include clear, well-lit photographs showing:
Both sides of the board
Every solder connection
The battery and battery connector
Motor and servo connections
The receiver and transmitter setup
The complete wiring arrangement
A short video showing the problem can also be helpful.

Not automatically. Many Turnabot components are designed to be soldered during installation. However, warranty review requires clear photographs of the original installation before the component is removed or desoldered.
Damage caused by incorrect wiring, reversed polarity, solder bridges, excessive voltage, overheating, modification, or physical impact will not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
Installed or soldered electronics generally cannot be returned as new products. If you believe the component is defective, contact builder@turnabot.com before removing it. We will review the installation and determine the appropriate next step under the applicable return or warranty policy.
